Miguel Torres

Miguel Torres Miguel Angel Torres (born January 18, 1981) is an MMA fighter for the World Extreme Cagefighting organization. He is a former WEC Bantamweight champion. Torres also held the bantamweight title for the US Shooto organization, as well as for the Ironheart Crown.

Torres specializes primarily in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and very strong in Muay Thai. Torres received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Carlson Gracie in 2008. Torres owns and operates an MMA academy in Indiana where he teaches nearly 200 students.

Frank Trigg

Frank Trigg Dewey Franklin Trigg III (born May 7, 1972) is an MMA fighter, color commentator, pro-wrestler and co-host of MMAWeekly radio show and TAGG radio show. His nickname is Twinkle Toes.

Trigg was a 2000 Olympic trials wrestling finalist. He also is a second degree black belt in judo. Trigg joined the World Fighting Alliance from 2001-2002, where he held the WFA welterweight title. Trigg was undefeated in WFA. He was also a former fight commentator for Pride Fighting Championships.

Trigg also is a co-owner of a sports training facility and resides in Las Vegas, NV.

Mauricio Rua

Mauricio Rua Mauricio "Shogun" Milani Rua (born November 25, 1981) is a Brazilian MMA fighter in the UFC where he is the current Light Heavyweight Champion. Rua was the winner of the PRIDE Fighting Championship's 2005 Middleweight Grand Prix. He received a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Nino Schembri. Rua is currently ranked as the #1 Light Heavyweight fighter in the world by Sherdog.

He became famous for his unique, aggressive style and use of stomps and blunt kicks to downed opponents while fighting in Pride FC.
