Eddie Alvarez is an American MMA fighter. He is the current Bellator Lightweight Champion and Bellator's season one lightweight tournament winner.
Sherdog.com ranks Alvarez as the #5 lightweight in the world. He also competes for the Japanese DREAM promotion and used to fight for ProElite's EliteXC promotion.
Alvarez is known for his aggressive boxing skills and growing up he was a former high school wrestler and well-known street fighter. He won the MFC welterweight title in his seventh pro fight in June 2006 when he KO'd Derrick Noble just 1:01 into round 1.
Kendall Kekoa Grove (born November 12, 1982) is an American MMA fighter. Grove won The Ultimate Fighter 3, a reality television show, training under Tito Ortiz and has continued to fight in the UFC ever since. In his first bout since the show in October 2006 Grove defeated then-undefeated Chris Price in the first round via a submission.
After every knockout win, Kendall Grove celebrates with the same animated routine, appearing to dig a grave and bury his opponent. He calls his celebration the "dagger dance".
Joseph Daniel Doerksen (born October 9, 1977) is a Canadian MMA fighter from New Bothwell, Manitoba. He is a former middleweight contender of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Doerksen is a veteran of the International Fight League. In spring of 2007 he entered the World Extreme Cagefighting organization.
Doerksen specializes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, with most of his victories resulting from submission techniques. He fought at the Canadian Fighting Championship in Winnipeg on May 22 and defeated Gregory Babene by a Triangle Choke in the second round.
